Family Statements: Statements reflecting your final balance due will be in your family email on September 17. Final payments are due by Wednesday, September 24. Staff members from the Finance department will be available for your convenience to receive payments on Tuesday, September 23 and Wednesday, September 24 from 10am until 1pm. Yearbooks are available to purchase for the early bird price this semester. Click HERE to order. The yearbook class is working hard to capture your memories; you don’t want to miss getting a copy. You may upload fun pictures from HCHE events and classes on the same website where you purchase the yearbook. The yearbook class appreciates having a wide variety of photos to choose from.

Fall Break: There will be a Fall Break this semester, September 23-24. The last days of classes will be November 18-19.

Community is important to us at HCHE. We hope you get connected quickly and start building your community.

We are excited to begin using our new database for registering for events in the near future. However, for now, the community tab will only allow you to register for skate city. Please use the members only page on our website to register for any other events.

Moms’ Group is a great way to meet other moms. If you have not signed up yet, and would like to, visit the Registration table during HC Enrichment classes to get enrolled.

Immerse Teens is a great way to get to know other teens. Students aged 13 to 18 years old, until graduated may participate. Register and get more information HERE.

Christian academy Information

HCCA REGISTRATION IS OPEN Enroll now at our discounted rate!

1ST QUARTER REPORTS The HCCA first quarter runs from July 1 through September 30. 1st quarter reports are due October 10.

ACADEMY TABLE Do you have questions about the Academy or the services we provide? Do you have questions about curriculum? We are here to help! Julie Blank will at the Academy table during Enrichment class on Tuesdays from 9 am to 2 pm and Danielle Swiontek will be there on Wednesday from 9 am to 3 pm. If no one is at the table, please check with Guest Services. You also may email academydirector@hche.org to set an appointment.

NEW DATABASE INFO Please be patient, Academy staff is in the process of reviewing and approving enrollments, as well as continuing to import student data from our old database. HCCA staff is also in the process of manually emailing enrollment confirmations, if you have not received that confirmation within one week of submitting your student's curriculum please contact us.
