REGISTRATION VOLUNTEERS

We need over 120 volunteers to make registration run smoothly. Volunteering to work during registration gives you an earlier appointment time and an opportunity to meet other families. Click HERE for additional information.

STAFF POSITIONS

Working in a Staff Position allows you to use your skills to bless our families and to be larger part of the ministry.

Open Staff Positions: 

Human Resource Director: This position manages the important process of the maintaining, updating, and overseeing the application, interviewing, and placement of all ministry personnel for High Country Home Educators.  Ability to clearly communicate the High Country ministry vision while conducting interviews with the ability to guide and place applicants in areas of their gifting, is essential. New Life Membership is preferred.

Community Director: Do you enjoy connecting with others and planning social activities? We are looking for someone to oversee our community team.

Family Relations: This individual serves as one of the front line representatives of High Country Home Educators through answering phone and email inquiries about the ministry and providing tours of the facility to families.

Bookkeeper: We are looking for someone familiar with QuickBooks who can work with our finance team.

Guest Services Coordinator (Tues): Do you enjoy meeting people and seeing how you can best serve them?  This position requires someone with relational, organizational and administrative skill; someone who can direct families and staff toward needed information.  Will need to be familiar with all policies and procedures. 2 years at HCEC is recommended.

Teacher Tots Coordinator (Wed): Would you like to serve the littlest ones at High Country? Do you love working with children? We are looking for someone to work with our Tuesday Coordinator to oversees the Teacher Tots Program on Wednesday

Serving Projects Facilitator: Do you enjoy finding and organizing events to serve others? We are looking for someone to oversee service projects for our families.

Dance Assistant: This position assists the dance coordinator with planning and overseeing a fall dance and our spring formal.

Teacher Tot Lead Teachers: A Lead Teacher in our Teachers Tot program is the main adult in the room in charge of ministering and caring for the children with an opportunity to serve our little ones –infant through age 5.

Team Leaders: As a Team Leader, you will lead a group of teachers throughout the semester – encouraging them and praying with them.
