STAFF POSITIONS

Working in a Staff Position allows you to use your skills to bless our families and to be larger part of the ministry.

Open Staff Positions:

Teacher Assistant Coordinator : Do you have good organizational and relational skills?  Perhaps you would enjoy filling the position of Teacher's Assistant Coordinator. Your work would involve managing Teacher's Assistant placement during Registration and throughout the semester, matching applicants’ skills and interests to the positions available.  The majority of time needed for this position occurs the month before classes begin.

Teacher Tots Coordinator (Tues): We are looking for someone to oversee our teacher tots program. This person will work with the corresponding coordinator to plan simple lessons and oversee the teacher tot volunteers.

IT Support: Do you enjoy working with computers? We need someone to work with our IT Manager to manage our email system, maintain all of our computers and help with other IT functions.

Serving Projects: Do you enjoy finding and organizing events to serve others? We are looking for someone to oversee service projects for our families.

Mentor Moms Facilitator: This position helps to match mentor moms with those looking to be mentored. An experienced homeschooling mom is preferred.

Teacher Tot Lead Teachers: Would you like to serve the littlest ones at High Country? A Lead Teacher in our Teachers Tot program is the main adult in the room in charge of ministering and caring for the children with an opportunity to serve our little ones –infant through age 5.

Team Leaders: As a Team Leader, you will lead a group of teachers throughout the semester – encouraging them and praying with them.
