STAFF POSITIONS

Working in a Staff Position allows you to use your skills to bless our families and to be larger part of the ministry.

Open Staff Positions: 

Community Manager: Do you enjoy connecting with others and planning social activities? We are looking for someone to help oversee our community team.

Class Coordinators (Tue and Wed): This position assists the class director in supporting the teachers and teams leaders during enrichment days. In need of someone for each day.

Family Relations: This individual serves as one of the front line representatives of High Country Home Educators through answering phone and email inquiries about the ministry and providing tours of the facility to families.

Program Support Coordinator (Tues and Wed): This individual will oversee and manage the Program Support Vital Partners and equipment transfers.  This person has the heart of a watchman on the wall and administrative gifting.  If you enjoy administration and acts of service this position is tailor made for you!  Required to be on site on the day of serving.

Lunch Program Coordinator (Tues): This individual provides HCEC families with a lunch program that reflects the variety and quality of the enrichment classes, enables volunteers to use their gifts of service and encouragement, and meets the physical needs of the HCEC families.  The Coordinator plans the menus, oversees the purchase of food, trains and oversees the vital partners and volunteers serving in the lunch program. Duties are fulfilled in partnership with the Wednesday Coordinator.

Teacher Tots Coordinator (Tues): Would you like to serve the littlest ones at High Country? Do you love working with children? We are looking for someone to work with our Tuesday Coordinator to oversees the Teacher Tots Program on Wednesday.

Guest Services Coordinator (Tue): Do you enjoy meeting people and seeing how you can best serve them?  This position requires someone with relational, organizational and administrative skill; someone who can direct families and staff toward needed information.  Will need to be familiar with all policies and procedures. 2 years at HCEC is recommended.

Registration Volunteer Coordinator: This position oversees volunteer recruitment, placement, and training for the registration process.  This individual works closely with the Registrar and the other registration staff to assist registering all the families in HCEC classes.  

IT Assistant: Do you enjoy working with computers? We need someone to work with our IT Manager to manage our email system, maintain all of our computers and help with other IT functions.

Dance Assistant: This position assists the dance coordinator with planning and overseeing a fall dance and our spring formal.

Teacher Tot Lead Teachers: A Lead Teacher in our Teachers Tot program is the main adult in the room in charge of ministering and caring for the children with an opportunity to serve our little ones –infant through age 5.

Team Leaders: As a Team Leader, you will lead a group of teachers throughout the semester – encouraging them and praying with them.
