Graduation Ceremony
High Country Home Educators (HCHE) seeks to create a Graduation Ceremony that celebrates and recognizes the accomplishments of each graduate and their families, inspires a long-term vision for other homeschool families, and ultimately brings glory and honor to the Lord.
We look forward to having you attend the 2027 Graduation Ceremony. The ceremony will be in early to mid-May 2027. Registration to participate in the ceremony is not yet available.
All participating students must submit a short bio and pictures. Families are asked to submit four pictures and a biography written in the third person.

Graduation Ceremony Talent Auditions Do you have a talented musician or vocalist in your family? Does your student excel at public oration? If so, we invite HCHE members to apply for an audition to perform at the graduation ceremony in May. Deadline to apply is March 30, 2027, and auditions are April 7, 2027, at 3:00pm in the Theater at New Life Church. Apply here (coming soon).
Graduation Ceremony Volunteers It truly takes a community to create this wonderful event. We need volunteers for a variety of positions for our graduation ceremony; registration is now open! HCHE encourages all of our high school age students to volunteer - come and see what is in your future! Volunteer here (coming soon).
Cap & Gown and Accessories HCHE is committed to excellence in all of our activities. We require all students participating in the HCHE Graduation Ceremony to wear HCHE graduation apparel. All caps, gowns, tassels, and honor cords for the Graduation Ceremony are ordered and paid for through HCHE.
Important Dates
October 1 - Early Bird registration begins, discounted rate
October 28 - First Mandatory Graduation Meeting, 6:30pm at New Life Church, room 161, graduate and one parent must attend.
December 1 - Regular registration begins, regular rate
January 2 - Late registration rate, registration will close when full or on February 16, 2026
February 16 - Last day to register for graduation ceremony
TBA - Second Mandatory Graduation Meeting, 6:00pm at New Life Church in the children’s worship center - graduate and one parent must attend.
TBA - Senior pictures with cap and gown 5:30 - 6:30 in the children’s worship center
March 20 - Deadline to submit graduate’s bio and pictures. NO LATE SUBMISSIONS ACCEPTED.
March 30 - Deadline to submit Talent Audition Application. Apply here (coming soon).
April 1 - Talent Auditions for Graduation, 3:00pm at New Life Church in the Theater
TBA - Last chance to volunteer for graduation. Volunteer here (coming soon).
TBA - Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal 6:00pm - 8:00 pm (You can set up memory tables beginning at 5:00pm)
TBA - Graduation Ceremony 10:00am, graduates arrive at 8:30am
