What is Required for Enrollment?

ENROLLMENT for the 2025/2026 SCHOOL YEAR is open. Important: enrollment in HCCA is unrelated to High Country Enrichment Classes.

All families must be current members of HCHE to enroll in HCCA. Please note that families are NOT automatically enrolled in HCCA. Enrollment in HCCA is a separate process.
Returning and NEW families may enroll for the 2025/2026 school year beginning July 15, 2025 after joining High Country Home Educators HERE.
After becoming a member of HCHE, you may enroll in HCCA by logging in to HCHE and clicking on the light blue “NEWS” area near the top of your family dashboard. Then simply click on the Academy option.
All forms are filled out and all payments are made securely online. When you register, you will be asked for the following information:
Sign a parental agreement (e-signature). Click HERE to read the sample agreement.
An annual curriculum plan. Parents choose and provide the curriculum for their students.
Standardized test or evaluation from the odd grades (3, 5, 7, 9, & 11)
Payment of enrollment and any other applicable fees
Previous school transcript if new to HCCA
DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR PARENTS WILL ALSO:
Submit quarterly reports of attendance, material covered, and grades achieved at the end of each semester
Submit end-of-year Semester and Final grades and credit earned for high school students only
Tuition:
We receive enrollments from July 15th through February 29th annually.
2025/2026 Fee Schedule:
High Country Home Educators Membership …….………………………$ 50.00 plus $10/child technology fee
Regular Tuition-K-12, per family (July 15-Sept 30)……………………..….$115.00
Late Enrollment (Oct 1-Dec 31)………………………………………………$140.00
Midyear Enrollment (Jan. 1-Feb 28)…………………………………………….$115.00 Records from the first half of the year must be provided
For all students in grades 9-12, per student, (in addition to family tuition)*………………………………………………………………………………….$ 50.00
High School Records Transfer Fee ($50/year, grades 10-12)*
*High School students in grades 10, 11, and 12, enrolling in HCCA for the first time will be charged a processing fee of $50 per year that they need to transfer onto the HCCA transcript. For example, an 12th grade student enrolling in HCCA for the first time will be assessed $50 for 9th grade, $50 for 10th grade, and $50 for 11th grade to transfer curriculum information and credits over to HCCA. This allows for a full accounting of high school credits and grades needed for a diploma and transcript.

Are you transferring to HCCA from a public or private school?
Complete a School Withdrawal Notice and turn it in to the school from which you are withdrawing.Complete a Release of Records form to request school records from a previous public or private school be sent to HCCA.
