To Request an Account for Enrollment:
Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year has ended. Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year will open beginning July 15, 2024 through February 28, 2025.
We have an online web portal for you to apply for enrollment with HCCA. In order to access the parent portal, please fill out this form and we will send you an email called “HCCA Web Portal Access” with detailed instructions about the next steps in the registration process.
If you are enrolling high school students for the first time please give us their names and the grade they are entering.
High School students in grades 10, 11, and 12 enrolling in HCCA for the first time will be charged an additional processing fee of $50 per year that they need to transfer onto the HCCA transcript. (For example, a high school student enrolling in HCCA for the first time as an 11th grader would be assessed $50 for 9th grade and $50 for 10th grade to transfer curriculum information and credits over to HCCA, and to allow for a full accounting of high school credits and grades needed for a diploma and transcript).
