Student Photos This Week Only: Chris Gosnell, a friend of High Country, will be taking student photos on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00-2:00 in the Theater. No appointment necessary, just stop by at your convenience. There will be no cost to have photos taken. Photos will be shared with the yearbook team. Families will have an option to purchase digital copies of the photos from Chris. Download links will be sent after photo days.

NEEDS EDIT: Class Evaluations: An e-mail was sent to all families with a link to complete our class evaluation form. The form only takes a few minutes to complete. Please take a moment to complete your form by October 18th. Each teacher at High Country is committed to bringing quality to their classes and your feedback provides better insight to them and the administration.

Community is important to us at HCHE. We hope you get connected quickly and start building your community.
We are excited to begin using our new database for registering for events in the near future. However, for now, the community tab will only allow you to register for skate city and the pumpkin patch. Please use the members only page on our website to register for any other events.
Moms’ Group is a great way to meet other moms. If you have not signed up yet, and would like to, visit the Registration table during HC Enrichment classes to get enrolled.
Immerse Teens is a great way to get to know other teens. Students aged 13 to 18 years old, until graduated may participate. Register and get more information HERE.
The Prayer Team covers HCHE and its families in prayer. If you have any prayer needs, don't hesitate to get in touch with Sacha Warrum: prayercoordinator@hche.org

HCCA REGISTRATION REMAINS OPEN FOR LATE ENROLLMENT.
1ST QUARTER REPORTS The HCCA first quarter runs from July 1 through September 30. 1st quarter reports are due October 10.
GRADUATION Early registration is open! Early pricing is $140. Price will increase in December, then again in January. You can find the link under the community tab in your family portal.
ACADEMY TABLE Do you have questions about the Academy or the services we provide? Do you have questions about curriculum? We are here to help! Julie Blank will at the Academy table during Enrichment class on Tuesdays from 9 am to 2 pm and Danielle Swiontek will be there on Wednesday from 9 am to 3 pm. If no one is at the table, please check with Guest Services. You also may email academydirector@hche.org to set an appointment.
NEW DATABASE INFO Please be patient, Academy staff is in the process of reviewing and approving enrollments, as well as continuing to import student data from our old database. HCCA staff is also in the process of manually emailing enrollment confirmations, if you have not received that confirmation within one week of submitting your student's curriculum please contact us.

FAMILY HANDBOOK: Click HERE for the High Country Enrichment Class Family Handbook
SECURITY BADGES: All High Country members, 11 years and up, are required to wear a badge while on campus. If you do not have a badge, or have lost yours, please make every effort to visit Guest Services this week to receive your badge. NEW THIS YEAR: Students wearing a current HCHE t-shirt are not required to wear their badge.
SUPPORT HIGH COUNTRY: You can help High Country pay for microscopes, computers and other supplies by scanning your grocery receipts. Box Tops labels (worth 10 cents each) are on hundreds of grocery products. You can now use your phone to upload your receipts and earn cash for High Country. For a list of Box Tops products, click HERE. Receipts are only good for two weeks from the time of purchase.
PRAYER TEAM: If you are in need of prayer, you can submit personal prayer requests by sending an email to prayerdirector@hche.org.
