Student Craft Fair - November 4-5: Come and shop the craft fair to support our young entrepreneurs!

Service Opportunity: Little Angels in Need is collecting donations for an event for teen moms. If you have any gently used clothing, diapers, toys, or books, we will have a red box set up this week across from the free curriculum table. They mostly need sizes 0-5T, but will take any youth sizes.

Appreciation Week - November 11-12: We set aside a special time each semester to show appreciation to those who serve HCHE so faithfully. Is there a Teacher, Vital Partner, Staff Member, NLC Hospitality Staff member or another parent who has made your time here especially meaningful? Here’s your chance to let them know with a note of thanks, a homemade treat or any “special something.”

Registration Volunteers: Applications to volunteer for Spring 2026 registration have been collected; however, if you would still like to improve your registration appointment time, be sure to reach out to our Registration Volunteer Coordinator HERE to request to put on the wait list.

Teachers - We Need You! We are currently putting together our class schedule for Spring 2026. We are seeking teachers for all age groups. Perhaps you would like to share your hobby or special interest with our children? No teaching degree required, only a heart to serve! Please contact our Class Director HERE for more information.

Spring 2026 Registration Appointment Requests: The link to request a registration appointment will open Friday, November 14th at 8:00am on your family portal under the NEWS button. Registration volunteers do not need to request an appointment but will automatically receive an appointment time.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with a registration appointment if you have an outstanding balance with us. If you have questions about your family statement, please email financemanager@hche.org.

Community is important to us at HCHE. We hope you get connected quickly and start building your community.

Moms’ Group is a great way to meet other moms. If you have not signed up yet, and would like to, visit the Registration table during HC Enrichment classes to get enrolled.

Immerse Teens is a great way to get to know other teens. Students aged 13 to 18 years old, until graduated may participate. Register and get more information HERE.

The Prayer Team covers HCHE and its families in prayer. If you have any prayer needs, don't hesitate to get in touch with Sacha Warrum: prayercoordinator@hche.org

Christian academy Information

HCCA REGISTRATION REMAINS OPEN FOR LATE ENROLLMENT.

CHECK YOUR NOTES Please check your notes tab in your family dashboard to see if we are trying to communicate with you.

GRADUATION Early registration is open! Early pricing is $140. Price will increase in December, then again in January. You can find the link under the community tab in your family portal.

ACADEMY TABLE Do you have questions about the Academy or the services we provide? Do you have questions about curriculum? We are here to help! Julie Blank will at the Academy table during Enrichment class on Tuesdays from 9 am to 2 pm and Danielle Swiontek will be there on Wednesday from 9 am to 3 pm. If no one is at the table, please check with Guest Services. You also may email academydirector@hche.org to set an appointment.

NEW DATABASE INFO Please be patient, Academy staff is in the process of reviewing and approving enrollments, as well as continuing to import student data from our old database. HCCA staff is also in the process of manually emailing enrollment confirmations, if you have not received that confirmation within one week of submitting your student's curriculum please contact us.
