Immerse Back to School Park Day

7th-12th graders (13 and up) and their families are invited to join us at Fox Run Regional Park for the Immerse Teen Group Back to School Park Day! Bring a sack meal/snack, water bottles, folding chairs, blanket, sports equipment, etc. and meet us by the sand volleyball pit. This event is for members of Support Group. This is a great opportunity to visit with us, meet our leaders and other families, and decide if Immerse Teen Group is right for you! Fountain Creek Nature Center Field Trip

Support Group Members, come and join us for a fun morning at the Fountain Creek Nature Center! We will be studying Awesome Arthropods as we venture into the wetlands with nets to see what we can find! This field trip is focused on ages K-4th grade, but all are welcome. $7.25 per student (parents come FREE!). Siblings welcome, but children over 3 years old also need to pay to register. Care and Share Mobile Food Pantries are sent to low-income neighborhoods in rural communities to distribute food directly to people in need. Support Group families have the opportunity once a month to serve together, setting up the food pantry and distributing food to the participants.

CityServe "Hope & Home" Service Project

On October 5th, High Country Support Group members will have the opportunity to participate in CityServe, a one-day, city-wide event of Christians serving our community. We will serve together at Hope and Home where we will work on various cleaning, organizing and maintenance projects. Hope and Home trains and actively supports foster families all across the Front Range who feel compelled by Christ’s command to take care of “the least of these.” You can go here to see other projects that CityServe is having that day.

High Country Homeschool Trunk Sale

High Country Home Educators is hosting a homeschool curriculum trunk sale in the North parking lot of New Life Church (by the tent and the playground) from 10am to 12pm on the morning of Wednesday, August 14th.

Sellers: Anyone wanting to sell their used homeschool curriculum is welcome to attend. We ask that you please arrive between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. with your books already in your trunk and ready to sell. Parking for sellers will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. All sellers must be registered to participate. There is no cost to sell at this event. Click here for more information and to register to sell now!

Buyers: Please arrive between 10am and 12pm. There is no registration necessary to shop!
